Show me how you work
After booking, a detailed intake maps your projects, recurring tasks, tools, and where things tend to get stuck. That detail lets me prepare something useful before we meet.
THE FIRST HIRE
Somewhere along the way, you picked up a second job: the notes, follow-ups, tracking, and updates nobody else has time to handle. In one session I fill that role in Notion and Claude. You leave with it running, with fewer loose ends and less time spent reconstructing what happened.
90 minutes · $750
You don’t have to know what to hand off. That’s my job.
Start of day
Before your first coffee
Open one page and see today’s meetings, work waiting on someone else, and the few things that need your judgment.
Ready for you
Your priorities, meetings, and open decisions in one view.
Your next move
Choose where your attention matters first.
After a call
When the conversation ends
Decisions, owners, and due dates land with the right project while the conversation is still fresh.
Ready for you
A call record with decisions, tasks, owners, and dates.
Your next move
Confirm what changed, then keep moving.
Before the next meeting
While the context is fresh
The draft reflects what was agreed, what happens next, and who owns each step without asking you to reconstruct the call.
Ready for you
A concise email that carries the work forward.
Your next move
Add your voice, approve it, and send.
When email opens
During an inbox check-in
Messages are separated into what needs your judgment, what is waiting on someone else, and what you do not need to open.
Ready for you
A short list of decisions and replies that matter.
Your next move
Respond where your judgment or relationship is needed.
End of day
Before the laptop closes
Finished work is logged, open promises are current, and tomorrow’s priorities are waiting in the right place.
Ready for you
A clear record of what is done and what comes next.
Your next move
Close the laptop without mentally retracing your day.
What that feels like
You stop carrying the whole operation in your head.
Fewer loose ends. Less backtracking. The confidence to step away from your desk without wondering what you forgot.
None of this is about working less. It's about carrying less.
How it works
After booking, a detailed intake maps your projects, recurring tasks, tools, and where things tend to get stuck. That detail lets me prepare something useful before we meet.
I use your intake to prepare the template base in Notion, so our ninety minutes starts with something real.
Together, we adapt it to how you work, use Claude where it helps, and make sure it is running before I hand it over.
You’ll need paid Notion and paid Claude, roughly $40 a month total.
