THE FIRST HIRE

Nobody assigned you the admin work. You’re still doing it.

Meaningful work comes with meetings, projects, follow-ups, and promises. In one session, I organize those loose ends into a working system in Notion and Claude, shaped around how you work and ready to use.

Book The First Hire

You don’t have to know what to hand off. That’s my job.

  1. 8:15 AM

    Before the first call

Your day starts with the brief already written.

Open one page and see today’s meetings, work waiting on someone else, and the few things that need your judgment.

    Morning brief

    Meetings
What’s coming up and what to know
    Needs you
The decisions only you can make
    Waiting on
    Work sitting with someone else
  2. 10:45 AM

    When the meeting ends

The call becomes a record, not another loose thread.

Notes land on the right project page, and every decision, next step, and owner becomes real work with a date on it before the conversation goes cold.

    Call record

    Decisions
    What changed or was agreed
    Your next steps
    What you own, with dates
    Waiting on
    What someone else owes you
  3. 1:15 PM

    Once the notes are settled

The follow-up email is waiting for your approval.

Once the notes have synced and been reviewed, a concise draft reflects what was agreed, what happens next, and who owns each step. You read it, put your voice back in where it matters, and send.

    Follow-up draft

    Summary
    What was agreed
    Next steps
Who owns what and by when
    Your move
    Read, personalize, and send
  4. 2:20 PM

When you return to your inbox

You scan decisions instead of sorting messages.

It’s already sorted into what needs you, what’s waiting on someone else, and what you’ll never need to open. The replies that matter are already drafted.

    Inbox view

    Needs you
    Replies requiring your judgment
    Waiting
    Conversations sitting with someone else
    Cleared
Messages you never need to open
  5. 4:45 PM

    Before you close the laptop

The day closes with the work already accounted for.

What you finished is logged, what you promised is current, and tomorrow’s priorities are already waiting in the right place.

    Day-end wrap-up

    Completed
    Work finished today
    Promises
What’s kept and what’s still open
    Tomorrow
Priorities ready for the next workday

Your days won’t look exactly like this. We build around your real projects, your real people, and the way you actually work.

Book The First Hire

One intake. One focused session. One working system.

STEP 01

Show me how you work

After booking, a detailed intake maps your projects, recurring tasks, tools, and where things tend to get stuck. That detail lets me prepare something useful before we meet.

STEP 02

I build before we meet

I use your intake to prepare the template base in Notion, so our ninety minutes starts with something real.

STEP 03

We make it yours

Together, we adapt it to how you work, use Claude where it helps, and make sure it is running before I hand it over.

You’ll need paid Notion and paid Claude, roughly $40 a month total.
