ABOUT
I’m Faigy Gilder.
I spent 15+ years in nonprofit communications, doing the work from the inside. Writing the emails between meetings. Pulling the dashboard together the night before the board meeting. Wearing five hats and getting handed a sixth.
So I know the problem usually isn't you. It's that the work keeps arriving and nothing was ever built to carry it.
Sometimes that's the admin nobody was hired to do. Sometimes it's a system that doesn't exist yet. Sometimes it's a Google Ad Grant sitting unused because nobody has time to learn Google Ads. Sometimes it's a whole function that needs someone senior in the room every week.

Who I work with
You're carrying something bigger than your title suggests.
Everyone I work with has the same problem wearing a different outfit.
- Maybe you're the whole comms department at a nonprofit that acts like it's twenty people.
- Maybe you've written the book and now you're supposed to market it too.
- Maybe you run your own practice, so everything that isn't client work waits until Friday, and then it doesn't happen Friday either.
There's just more to carry than there are people to carry it.
How I work
You get me. Not an account manager, not whoever's free this week. The person you talk to is the person doing the work.
AI and the tools around it move fast. Most of it isn't worth your time. I'll tell you the three things that are.
I know your constraints. Tight budgets. Donor cycles. A board that wants a report by Thursday. Whatever we build has to work around all of it, not pretend it doesn't exist.
I hand it over. Whether it's a system, an ad account, or a whole marketing function, the goal is your team running it confidently. Not needing me forever.

Not sure what you need?
Most people aren't sure of what will solve their problem when they first reach out. Some come in asking about one thing and leave with something different that fits better. Start with one thing that's been taking more time or attention than it should. I'll tell you honestly what makes sense, including if the answer is nothing yet.
